Splice has announced the launch of Splice Create, a brand‑new digital audio workstation that arrives in beta on 6 November 2026. The software is offered as a free Mac application and is built around a studio that Splice constructed for its development.
The tool is positioned as a straightforward way for users to convert musical ideas into full tracks, with integrated lessons designed to develop production techniques as users work. The beta release marks the first public availability of the platform, extending Splice’s services beyond its original sample‑sharing model launched in 2013.
