RARÓG returns to Antimodus Records with genre‑spanning techno EP “Dark Sun”

The Polish producer’s new release blends techno with ambient, IDM, drone, EBM and metal, and draws visual cues from painter Gerald Brom and retro sci‑fi aesthetics.

Polish electronic artist RARÓG has issued a new EP titled “Dark Sun” on Antimodus Records, marking a notable return to the label. The record is described as drawing from a wide array of musical styles, including techno, ambient, IDM, drone, EBM and metal, creating a diverse sonic palette for club and listening environments.

The visual concept behind the EP is said to be inspired by the artwork of Gerald Brom as well as the darker science‑fiction and pulp imagery that influenced RARÓG during his upbringing. The combination of these influences aims to deliver a distinctive aesthetic alongside the music.
