My Secret Playground, an artist active in Berlin’s electronic music community for over ten years, is releasing an indie dance record that mixes rock and metal roots with 80s MTV pop, dark disco rhythms and a notable appreciation for Phil Collins‑style drumming. The project’s eclectic approach reflects a willingness to ignore conventional genre boundaries.
The release showcases how the artist’s background in rock and metal informs the production, while the inclusion of dark disco elements and classic pop sensibilities creates a distinctive sound for club‑goers and producers alike. This development was first reported by Magnetic Magazine.
