Mark McNulty releases photo book documenting three decades of UK club culture

The new volume ‘In Clubland: 35 Summers of Love’ offers DJs and promoters a visual archive of iconic British dance venues and events.

Photographer Mark McNulty has published a book titled In Clubland: 35 Summers of Love, which assembles images from the UK’s club scene spanning over thirty years. The collection includes shots from famed venues such as Cream and The Haçienda as well as lesser‑known parties held in fields and NCP car parks.

The release is accompanied by an interview conducted by Daniel Dylan Wray, in which the photographer discusses ten selected photographs and the stories behind them. As first reported by DJ Mag, the book aims to capture the people, places and moments that have defined British club culture.
